Our client invited a friend to spend a few days at his villa in the Algarve. They both enjoyed a few days on the beach, when one day our client’s horse escaped from the stables and entered a neighbouring property. The horse saw the guest’s convertible and jumped over it, damaging the car with its hind legs. Our client notified the insurance company and all the repair costs were paid as it was covered.
